These records were provided by the Urbana School District #116 in response to a FOIA request which was emailed on April 16th, 2023 and which stated:
“Please also provide records sufficient to identify (name and email address) of any person currently serving as FOIA Officer (some public bodies have name multiple individuals as FOIA Officers) or who assists in responding to FOIA requests.
Please also provide records sufficient to show how that person or persons were appointed as FOIA Officer (such as a board vote or executive appointment).”
