These documents were provided by Champaign County Executive Darlene Kloeppel in response to a FOIA request which asked for:
“All records and documents, including emails, regarding the hiring and employment of William Colbrook.”
Kloeppel responded to the FOIA requests with 260 separate PDF files constituting a total of 519 pages. Check CU combined the separate PDF files into one single document.
